  Didn't spend any extra pesos and the food was pretty good, with a large choice.

  We waisted time since the room we had booked (sea view) wasn't allocated to us. At the end we got a sea view room but too many trees impeached us to enjoy the view.

  The beach was magnificient, the white sands and the sea was incredible

  Hotel staff was pushy, always trying to sell you something and to make you do things in return for favours, there is a particular guy, Amaury, stay away from him, he is a rip off, we went on a teip to santo domingo sold by thos gentleman and we had a really bad experience, theseguys are all a big family, they do things aside their job most of the times badly organised. He kept asking us to do things so he could gain points in his work so he would get a commission. I went to this hotel coz I wanted to relax, instead I was always worried of my money being spent on something possibly was gonna gonna be a disaster. Anyway, this is my experience. Hope it helps!

  Vik Arena Blanca did no feature some of the facilities described in their website. For instance, there's no wireless AT ALL in the hotel, not even for an extra fee. They had an Internet center, very slow connection, and NO printer! Also there was no shampoo/soap in the bathroom. Not enough plastic cups in the various pool/beach bars. NO tourist info of any kind ÁT. ALL in the resort. Some staff inattentive, irritable and discourteous toward guests.
